The SMEITS is the sole organizer of events and courses displayed on this site.
Ticket
On this site, ticket means: conference fee, congress fee, or course fee. For each event or course there is a precise explanation of what is included in respectful fee.

All personal data are protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) transfer.
Data confidentiality
The SMEITS will handle personal data with confidentiality and shall not give it or sell it to third parties. Collected are only data necessary for successful purchase.
E-mails collected during the purchase shall not be added to the SMEITS mailing lists. There is a dedicated form for the SMEITS e-Newsletter subscription.
Agreement
The use of our online service constitutes an agreement with the use and storage of your information. Any changes in our policy regarding privacy and data protection will be posted on our website.
Ordering
All online purchase on this portal are legally binding and cannot be cancelled or modified. To place an online order, follow these steps: Step 1 – Select the event and the ticket(s) according to the price category; Step 2 – Select the method of delivery; Step 3 – select the payment method and enter personal information; Step 4 – Check all information, perform the final review, accept the general terms and conditions, and place the order; Step 5 – Order confirmation by the SMEITS.
Payment
Tickets bought through this portal may be paid by credit card or bank transfer, with the valid invoice issued, regardless of payment type. Purchase is valid after the payment is registered on our bank account. There are no hidden costs, and VAT is displayed and added to the final amount.
General conditions of acceptance of payment cards
All payments will be in Serbian dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in € into RSD, according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. Because of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
The SMEITS is committed to customers’ privacy protection. Collected are only the information necessary for purchase. Customers’ e-mail shall not be added to the SMEITS mailing lists. There is a dedicated form for the SMEITS e-Newsletter subscription. The collected data are strictly confidential and shall not be given nor sold to third parties.
Confidential information of your credit card is transmitted over a public network, protected by the SSL protocol. Payment card processor is Banka Intesa Beograd. Customers’ credit card data are not available to the SMEITS at any time of purchase.
Refunding
If the payment was completed by credit cards, in case of refunding the SMEITS is obliged to refund the customer only through VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment method directly to the customer’s account.
Tickets may be canceled and refunded 48 hours before the event. The SMEITS does not accept no-show refunding. In case of cancellation or refund from the customer’s side, the byer shall receive the ticket price reduced by all additional costs (if any). In case of event cancellation, tickets shall be refunded. The SMEITS is not responsible for any other expenses the customer may have undertaken for event attending (transportation, accommodation, etc.).
Tickets are transferrable to a third person, which is to be demanded and confirmed by e-mail.
Tickets delivery
Customer should download and print her/his ticket(s), and show it at the info-desk to collect the event material (if any).
